8-3-25 Our next unique culinary experience has just been announced for August 25, when we'll join our own Chef Mark Sandoval at UNLV for a Pasta Making Class and Dinner with accompanying wines. This promises to be an extremely interesting evening, and seating is limited. Additionally, in September, a lunch is in the works at La Mona Rosa, and a Wine Class and Tasting at Bistecca at the Tuscany. Then, in October we'll hold a Winemaking Class at Grape Expectations.
