All annual National dues are on a calendar basis. New members joining after
September 1st are considered paid through December 31st of the following year.
A separate $165.00 check for your local dues, payable to Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Las Vegas, must accompany your application. Thereafter, they will be billed to you in June of each year.
